I landed in Taiwan at 5:00 AM after my flight back from LA, and by 4:00 PM, I was already on a YouBike. Just like that, the long 16 km (9.9 miles) journey from Tamsui to Shilin had begun. Quite the welcome back to Taiwan; a sign that it was time to get back to being more active and lose the vacation pounds haha.
