Redcar Kite Festival is an exciting new festival where Kites of all descriptions, sizes and colours will take to the air for two days of exhilarating aerial displays over Majuba beach. Renowned kite experts from Northern Kite Group will take to the skies providing spectacular displays, choreographed flying routines and epic soring stunt shows.
Whilst the amazing kites will be the highlight of the event, the festival will play host to a whole range of exciting activities and workshops. Head over to the beginner’s beach corner to perfect your kite flying skills or join Infinite Arts as you create your very own kite to take to the sky. Join nationally renowned land artist, James Brunt to create brilliant beach art using natural resources and found objects or make windmills with local artist Adele Catchpole.
