Eating 1500 calories consistently everyday to lose weight can be challenging and that's because it depends on the foods we consume. Most people starve themselves which is never a good solution towards weight loss.
In this PERFECT 1500 calorie diet plan, I show and explain how to consume foods that will keep you full throughout the day and how you can turn them into your favourite types of food!
Meals have been split into 3 and 2 snack.
Consuming 1500 calories a day to lose weight can be easy if it is planned and set before executing. So in this video, we do the following:
Majority of our calories will be coming from (in order):
1. Healthy Fats
2. Fiber
3. Protein
We will be focusing on foods that have high healthy essential fatty acids because your body will take a long time digesting them therefore keeping you full longer. Secondly, fiber will be high as well as that is what is going to keep you feeling full! Last but not least is protein! Having a high protein diet not only keeps you full longer but can maintain the muscle mass that you have. Therefore losing unwanted fat. Remember, our goal is keep full longer during the day so we don't binge eat thus we can hit our 1500 calorie goal!
