RBI maintains 'accommodative' stance with unchanged repo rate at 4% | Buy Now Sell Now

The Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) headed by RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das has decided to maintain the status quo on repo rate, the rate at which RBI lends money to lenders while maintaining its "accommodative" stance as the second wave of the Covid pandemic has created significant uncertainty. The Repo rate remains unchanged at 4%. It is also being reported that the reverse repo and MSF rate remain unchanged at 3.35% and 4.25% respectively.
