ATF Says You’re “Engaged in the Business”

Описание: It’s amazing that the atf can change the definition of the rules as the drop of a hat. Because what used to be a definition for a gun seller as the primary source of income is now being changed by the atf. And what is the new definition for a gun seller or a person who is engaged in the business you might ask? lol nobody knows because it has nothing to do with how many guns you might sell. It has nothing to do with you making a profit. It has nothing to do with any business metric really but more circumstantial behaviors such as if you take a credit card as payment. Or it someone’s Zelle’s you the money. Then according to the atf you are engaged in the business and you are required to get a ffl license otherwise you are breaking the law and subject to decades in prison with a half million dollar fine.
