আবহাওয়ার কারণে দেশের অন্য এলাকার চেয়ে কিছুটা আগেই বাজারে আসে সাতক্ষীরার আম। মৌসুমের শুরুতে এই আম নিয়ে ভাল ব্যবসার আশা থাকে আম বাগানি ও ব্যবসায়ীদের। এরই মধ্যে ঢাকাসহ বিভিন্ন জায়গা থেকে ভিড় করছেন ক্রেতারা। তবে আমের সঠিক দাম দাম না পেয়ে হতাশ চাষিরা।

Due to the weather, mangoes from Satkhira come to the market a little earlier than other parts of the country. Mango growers and traders hope for good business with these mangoes at the beginning of the season. In the meantime, buyers are flocking from various places including Dhaka. However, farmers are disappointed as they are not getting the right price for mangoes.
