I couldn't do a lighthearted song this week. I am weary. I see turmoil in my country, turmoil in friends and family. But I am not defeated. I'm trying to do what's right and kind for all, instead of just what's kinda right for me. I've seen many trying to make the world a better place in a challenging time. Many who could perhaps use a little inspiration. Grace and empathy for each other must be given in conjunction with accountability. That all starts with each of us acknowledging and embracing the power or our actions and stewardships. What you do matters. From public health to social justice, no one is on the sidelines right now -- inaction is action, indecision is decision. We make the world we live in.
