Recently, I hosted a colourful Chat & Chaat workshop at my home, inspired by the spirit of togetherness and Holi.
Every detail was thoughtfully prepared — from hand-decorated tables and colourful drinks to homemade green chutney, imli chutney, boiled chole, sweet potato discs, dhokla, sandwiches, cupcakes and decorated rasgullas.
Each lady created her own favourite chaat with her preferred flavours — sweet, spicy, tangy — making every plate unique, just like every personality in the room.
This workshop was not just about recipes. It was about laughter, stories, creativity and connection.
