Ingredients
Special Chutney by The Spice Menu – 1 cup

Mint Chutney – ½ cup:
Mint Leaves – ½ bunch
Coriander Leaves – 1 bunch
Water – 5 tbsp
Orange Juice – ¼ cup
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Garlic Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Chilli Sauce – ½ tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Black Salt – ½ tsp
TSM Chatkhara Masala – ½ tbsp
TSM Bhunna Masala – ½ tsp
Instructions
Prepare the Mint Chutney:
In a blender, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, and water.
Blend until smooth to make about ½ cup mint chutney.
Combine All Ingredients:
In a blender or mixing bowl, add:
Imli chutney
Prepared mint chutney
Orange juice
Lemon juice
Tomato ketchup
Garlic tomato ketchup
Salt, black pepper, chilli sauce
Chaat masala, black salt, TSM Chatkhara masala, and TSM Bhunna masala.
Blend Smooth:
Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Adjust salt, spice, or sweetness as per taste.
