I will always share the highs and lows as I navigate my low buy year 2020 as I did during my no buy year last year. I don't want you under any illusion that it's always easy (or always hard!) so I thought I would sit down and film a chatty life update where I, as always, probably overshare and give too much info, but I really hope this helps anyone who is feeling overwhelm whether they're doing a no buy year, low buy year or just a normal year! It can hit us any time so hopefully you don't mind me sharing mine!
