Hey shapeshifters! In this new wig recreation we are going to attempt the iconic hairdo of Cindy Lou Who! Yes from How the Grinch Stole Christmas, I was watching that film and got the flood of inspiration! This wig is going to be my super diva recreation, now bare in mind this was made for a lil’ kid actress and I’m a big strapping man so some adjustments had to be made to suit my head.
