NOTE: The terms "home renovation" and "home remodel" are often used interchangeably, but there are subtle differences in their meanings:

Home Renovation:

Renovation typically refers to the process of restoring or repairing something that is already existing in the home.

Renovations focus on enhancing the appearance, functionality, or aesthetic appeal of a space without necessarily changing its layout or structure significantly.

Home Remodel:

Remodeling involves more extensive changes to the structure, layout, or design of a home.

It often entails altering the existing floor plan, adding new rooms or features, or completely reconfiguring the space.

Remodeling projects can include additions, demolitions, or significant alterations to the interior or exterior of the home.

The goal of remodeling is often to modernize or customize the home according to the homeowner's preferences, lifestyle, or specific needs.

In essence, while both renovation and remodel involve improving or updating aspects of a home, renovation typically involves minor changes or repairs to existing elements, whereas remodeling involves more substantial alterations or additions that may significantly transform the home's appearance or functionality.
