Como performer, la impulsa el deseo de despertar la curiosidad y la alegría del público, utilizando la música como herramienta de conexión profunda e intercambio de energía.

Desde su llegada a Barcelona, Joanna K se ha consolidado en la escena local actuando en clubes y espacios de alta fidelidad sonora como Razzmatazz, Sala Apolo, Macarena, Brunch Electronik, Sala Upload, Curtis, Salvadiscos, Switch Bar y Oblicuo, y colaborando con agencias como Keep Moving y Ameba. Fuera de la ciudad, ha viajado con su maleta repleta de joyas musicales para presentarse en festivales como Château Perché y Bel’Air Festival en Francia, y Leżaki Festival en Polonia.

Además de pinchar, y como amante dedicada de la música, también ha compartido su pasión organizando mercados de vinilos y curando un canal en SoundCloud.

Joanna K, music selector and co-founder of the Rytmika collective, has spent the past decade on a mission to dig and share danceable and unique records the musical audience. Growing up in Szczecin, Poland—a city close to Berlin and influenced by its musical vibe—gave her early exposure to both scenes. This cross-cultural experience was formative and sparked her love for the energy of the dancefloor and the universal language of music.

As a DJ, Joanna K builds her sets around groovy basslines fused with trippy acid textures, old-school breakbeats, and touches of electro-disco. Her selection offers a blend of progressive house and techno, with a touch of euphoric trance notes that are rhythmically infectious. As a performer, she is driven by the desire to spark curiosity and joy in the audience, channeling music as a tool for deep connection and the exchange of energy.

Since relocating to Barcelona, Joanna K has established her presence by performing at clubs and audiophile venues including Razzmatazz, Sala Apolo, Macarena, Brunch Electronic, Sala Upload, Curtis, Salvadiscos, Switch Bar, and Oblicuo, and by collaborating with agencies such as Keep Moving and Ameba. Beyond Barcelona, she has traveled with her suitcase full of musical treasures to perform at festivals such as Chateau Perche and Bel’Air Festival in France, as well as Leżaki Festival in Poland. In addition to DJing, and as a dedicated music lover, she has been spreading her passion for music by organizing vinyl markets and curating a SoundCloud channel.
