We had the first full Friday night fixture list in the League of Ireland Premier Division and while there wasn't loads of goals, there was still two big wins even at this early stage of the season.
Seán O'Connor is joined by Dan McDonnell to review all of tonight's action including Shamrock Rovers finally getting their league season underway with a 2-0 win over St Patrick's Athletic in Tallaght, plus Bohemians travelling to Derry and leaving with a 1-0 win thanks to a bit of magic from Dawson Devoy.
Elsewhere, the Louth Derby saw late drama as Conor Keeley's late equaliser continued Drogs' unbeaten start to the season and meant more late heartbreak for Dundalk for the second week in a row. At Tolka Park, Shelbourne and Galway United finished all square at 1-1 while it was scoreless in the South East between Waterford and Sligo Rovers.
