THIS PLANE IS SOLD AS SCRAP. MUTILATION IS REQUIRED.

35,000 lbs. (Approx.) Wrecked C131 Aircraft, Aluminum, Steel, Components and some foreign attachments located at Air National Guard, South Burlington, VT. Buyer loads, hand loading, culling and separation by type or gage of material and components is not permitted. Approx. scrap weight includes debris and foreign material which is the buyers responsibility to remove and is included in weight of sale. Buyer is responsible to load all material, No GL assistance available. Any equipment used by the buyer must be free of any oil, fuel & coolant leaks or the airbase EPA will impose severe fines upon the buyer. Some manual clean up may be required for buyer to fulfill his responsibility for clean up and removal of all debris and foreign materials. Local disposal of debris and foreign materials is not permitted. On site government certified weight scales are unavailable. Buyer is responsible for obtaining tare weight tickets before entering the air base from a public state certified scale, which is not affiliated with the purchaser of this material. The buyer will then be required to obtain a gross weight ticket from the same scales he obtained the tare weight from immediately after he leaves the air base. Weight tickets are to be handed to GL rep upon weigh out of material. All scrap under this contract requires mutilation by the buyer prior to removal if allowed by the base or mutilation must be witnessed and certified by DOD personnel at another facility. Title to the material does not pass to the buyer until the scrap has been mutilated. Buyer agrees to allow USG personnel to witness destruction.
