"Lift your body and mind with Shoulder Stand (Salamba Sarvangasana) 🌿✨
1️⃣ Begin by lying on your back, arms at your sides, and legs extended. 2️⃣ Bring your knees to your chest, then press your hands into the mat and lift your hips. 3️⃣ Support your lower back with your hands, elbows shoulder-width apart. 4️⃣ Slowly extend your legs straight up towards the sky, keeping your body in one line. 5️⃣ Engage your core and press into your arms for stability. 6️⃣ Keep your neck long, gazing up, not side to side. 7️⃣ Hold for 5-10 breaths, feeling the rejuvenating inversion.
🌟 This pose improves circulation, strengthens the core, and calms the nervous system.
🚫 Contraindications:
Avoid if you have neck or shoulder injuries.
Skip if you're pregnant, or in your menstrual cycle.
