About The Makers Out
The Makers Out is the creative world of Tulsa musician Scott Bell, whose cinematic, dream-forward Americana blends atmospheric storytelling with themes of ancestry, land, and inner transformation. After years behind the scenes as a producer, live events leader, and touring musician (Julianna Barwick, among others), Bell steps forward with a project that bridges art, sound, and immersive experience.

BLOODLINES/HOPE features contributions from Daniel Goodwin (Kevin Morby), John Fulbright (Turnpike Troubadours), Mat Maxwell (Luke Combs), and a circle of regional collaborators, weaving a lush and introspective sonic landscape.
