Liberating the Lower Nile is a legendary quest you can find in Rhakotis. The quest is not too difficult but the early elephants and catapults can cause a lot of damage and can delay your attack. Make sure you have some good gear against the elephants. If I had managed my army earlier, I might have destroyed the wonder in time.
