As far as I know, this is the only strategy for this difficulty level that does not involve sleep stalling. The setup is extremely precise and requires near max potentials on everybody in the team (You might be able to get away with missing a DP potential on Suzuran or Nightingale, as they're only deployed once). Every ounce is already squeezed out of this team, so I do not see a path forward for 12 operators. The strategy is mostly replicated with modified timings to make certain sections easier to execute.

This run has one instance of RNG on the second Bagpipe deploy. She has to crit enough to kill the Assassin and both crabs before her skill runs out. Suzuran can snipe it if it's one hit from death, but you lose the 2 DP from Bagpipe killing it - not a problem with better play in the ending. As far as I can tell, Nightingale dodge RNG isn't required, or is lenient enough that I never ran into an issue.

Forgive how much pausing there is in the ending. One wrong decision instantly wipes the run due to the way Tola and the Light/Darkness mechanic works, and it'd really hurt to throw a run that late. Unfortunately, I'm not enough of an expert at video editing to cleanly take them all out.
