Jaidip Patel (91 Ultimate ) and Gaana Raj (L2F and Team India Classic) conducted an all-womxns game in Bangalore on 17 January 2021. Coming out of lockdown and COVID restrictions the objective was to: get out and play Ultimate, be inclusive and kick start games in the city. 24 womxn showed up and played their hearts out during a 90 mins session with just 1 break in the middle.
Team Wonder Women (lights) narrowly took the win over Captain Marvels (darks) with a score of 9-7 respectively.
Special thanks to Chandan (DOD) for capturing the game, as well as many volunteers who kept score, sanitised discs, filled water bottles, managed sidelines, took photos: our events would not be possible without you. Show them gratitude when you meet them on/off the field!
