1) Wash your sheets once a week. This cleans the dust, sweat, and hair that can build up. Plus, fresh sheets feel so good!
2) Vacuum the mattress cover while the sheets are in the wash. This removes any remaining dust and debris.
3) Unzip the top cover and put it in the washing machine. Gentle setting; cold or warm water; hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
4) Still have stains or odours? Spot-clean it with a mild fabric cleaner or baking soda and wipe it with a damp cloth.
5) Rotate your mattress every 6 months. This helps even out the wear from shoulders and hips.
