Overwhelmed By Health Problems! • I Have Something To Share with You...
THM Protein Ball Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (shredded)
3 Tbs TH Integral Collagen
1⁄4 cup TH Pristine Protein Powder or TH Optimized Whey Protein Powder, flavor of choice
1⁄2 cup extra virgin coconut oil
2 tsp TH Natural Burst Vanilla Extract
2 pinches TH Mineral Salt
2 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend
1 Tbs unsweetened almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and combine well using your hand. Roll out
the balls, 40 grams each (approximately 1.5 inches).
