How Fast Can You Beat Pokemon Red/Blue with Just a Parasect? No Item Run

Paras didn't have the world's best run but how would it far if a fungal parasite took over it's entire body? In a 'how fast' run, it's a race against the game's elite Pokemon and the question is if spore can carry this Pokemon despite it's three different double weaknesses. I had a great time on the last run and I couldn't resist following up with Parasect, the only other spore user in Generation 1. Enjoy!
Solo Run Rules:
1. No use of items in battle.
2. No use of skips/exploits.
3. I can only use the title Pokemon in battle. No switching. No other Pokemon will see a battle.
4. No saving between Elite 4 members. This promotes consistent strategy and makes relying on luck much harder.
