Today’s Kettlebell, Bulgarian Bag, and Bodyweight circuit hits the upper body, lower body, back, and abs.
I recommend anywhere between 2 to 8 sets of this circuit, depending on your time, the weight you use, and how you’re feeling.
The 3 exercises included in this circuit are as follow:
1. Kettlebell Double Overhead Seesaw Press
Regression: KB Single Arm Overhead Press
2. Bulgarian Bag Swing Squat
3. Bodyweight Abdominal Roll Ups
*Tip: If you don’t have a Bulgarian Bag, substitute a kettlebell for exercise number 2 in this circuit.
