2. Best Workout Timing – I personally train before Iftar, so I can break my fast right after and refuel properly. But if that doesn’t work for you, training after Iftar is also a great option!
3. Hydration & Nutrition – Stay hydrated between Iftar and Suhoor. Prioritize protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats to sustain energy throughout the day.
4. Adjust Expectations – Ramadan is about spiritual and physical balance. Some days, movement may feel harder—that’s okay! Focus on consistency over intensity.
5. Recovery is Key – Prioritize rest and quality sleep to help your body recover. Overtraining while fasting can lead to fatigue and muscle loss.
