Описание: There was a time when Trolley Bus used to give service to the people of Kathmandu and some neighbouring districts. Nepal Trolley Bus Service was the organization that was operating trolleybuses in Nepal under Nepal Transport Corporation. These buses were maintained in operation with the help of china. China helped Nepal with Rs.4 Crore for this service. In 1975, 22 trolleybuses were used to give service and later on 1990, 10 more buses were added. But this service was costing a lot of debt to NTC so it was suspended in 2001 temporarily but in November 2008 it was permanently dissolved. The reason behind its ending is given in the video.
