The Concourse Building is located at 100 Adelaide Street West, Toronto, Ontario.
It was built in 1928 for the Toronto Industrial Commission, a hub of finance and business in Ontario.
The 16-storey structure was designed in Art Deco style by architects Lawrence Baldwin and Gerald Greene. It featured murals and mosaics by the Group of Seven artist James E. H. MacDonald and his son Thoreau.
In 2013 the historical building was demolished and the new 40-storey Ernst & Young Tower was completed in its place. Two of the historical façades and iconic entrance were incorporated into the new tower. As part of this process the Concourse's original 16 floors were reconfigured into 13 floors with higher ceilings.
For now the EY Tower is the primary office space for Ernst & Young Canada and TMX Group.
