This is a Fifth Amendment audit where I will be invoking my right to remain silent at a DUI checkpoint.
I am 100% completely sober and not impaired in any way.
I will NOT roll the window all the way down
I will NOT answer questions
I will NOT consent to field sobriety or any preliminary testing (aka pre-arrest)
I will NOT consent to any searches or seizures
I will comply with all LAWFUL orders
Invoking my constitutional rights is NOT interference, obstruction, or delaying an officer
There is NO probable cause or reasonable suspicion to delay the length of detention or conduct an arrest.
