Professor Sharp teaches about resolving the dominant seventh chord. There are two ways to properly resolve a dominant seventh. One involves an incomplete five seven chord to a complete one chord. The other is a complete five seven chord to an incomplete one chord. There is one other way that is not as proper, but it is acceptable that I will make a video of it at a later date.
