Existing in the Nelong Valley of Uttarakhand, Gartang Gali, a 150 year old bridge that used to connect India and Tibet for business has been restored by the efforts of Team Been There Doon That and INTACH.
It was a wooden skywalk bridge which was closed after the Indo-China War (1962)
It is now open to tourists and gives a breathtaking view of the Nelong Valley!
