Hit three enemies with fish in the market
This can only be done during Chapter 10 - Historical Research.
You will get into a brawl with the guys in black suits who have been hunting you in previous chapters. You can find a fish on a table in the middle of the market. You need to stand right next to it and press the Square Button when an enemy is close. Now get yourself killed and repeat two more times. The checkpoint will reload, but the progress will still count.
