I share this video with an open heart, it is a simple and profound Tantric Dance technique that allows you to activate your life’s energy, bring healing towards your root and sexual chakra and allows you to BE the light that you are.
While your a doing it you could start feeling that your body is telling a story through movements. Let your body be expressed, it's beautiful.
If it’s new for you, keep an open mind. If you don’t get it or feel resistance towards is, it’s fine. It’s fine. If you feel inspired, start practicing at home. I didn’t go into the depth of it, but the basics are enough to start with.
So the purpose today is to be the purest reflection I could be and that is to show myself in a vulnerably feminine way, to raise awareness about the sexual life force that’s within us and to show you how to let it flow and go beyond ego.
