My Husky Got All DIRTY Camping!

Описание: Camping with dogs! Today is our last day at Traverse City State Park for rving with the dogs. We were going to stay one more night, but a huge storm was rolling in, and Charles and Thor had their tent, so we decided to head home before our adventure tomorrow! We took the dogs to Mission Point to go swimming, but because of the influx of dead Alewife fish, we couldn't stay! And don't worry, these fish aren't dying from disease, they are actually an invasive species here in the Great Lakes, and they can't handle big temperature shifts in the water. Normally our Salmon population takes good care of them, but every few years we have a bloom of these fish on our shores, mainly in Lake Michigan. But Traverse Bay and the surrounding area smell horribly of dead fishes right now! People will actually go down to the lake and take them for dog food and fertilizer! Crazy right! Anyway, we hiked around with the dogs and then packed up and headed home!
