CG-1611 PUR Hot Melt Adhesive for Fabric Lamination
CG-1611 is a solvent-free PUR hot-melt adhesive. It can be used in the lamination of fabric and film, such as normal Nylon, normal to water repellent treated polyester, TPU film and PU film.

Applications
The main applications of CG-1611 are fabric to foam lamination and fabric to film lamination, which can be applied to bra cup lamination and functional garment lamination respectively.
Foam to foam: bra cup lamination
Fabric to film: functional garment lamination


Characteristics
CG-1611 PUR Hot Melt Adhesive for Fabric Lamination has the following characteristics:
Strong adhesion to manifold fabric with water repellent treat
Good initial tack
Soft hand feeling after fully cured
Low-temperature processing (80~90°C) with a viscosity of 3000~5000 cps
100% Solid Content
Eco-friendly adhesive
