MCA has extended the due date for filing of the following forms for the Financial Year 2024–25

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the due date for filing of the following forms for the Financial Year 2024–25:
📄 Form AOC-4, AOC-4 CFS, AOC-4 NBFC, and MGT-7 / MGT-7A
🗓️ New due date: 31st December 2025
⚠️ Important Note:
This extension applies only to the filing of these forms.
➡️ The due date for holding the AGM and other related compliances shall remain unchanged and continue to apply as per the Companies Act, 2013.
