In this video, we show you how to make three delicious and easy 2-ingredient kid-friendly snacks: biscuit donuts, grilled cheese roll-ups, and fruit roll-up ice cream sandwiches. These snacks are perfect for after school, parties, or any time you need a quick and easy snack that your kids will love.

Ingredients for Biscuit Donuts:

1 can of Pillsbury biscuits
Your favorite toppings (we used Nutella, vanilla icing, cereal, kinder bueno minis, m&ms)
Instructions for Biscuit Donuts:

Cut a hole out of the center of each biscuit.
Fry the biscuits in peanut oil (or any kind of oil that you can use to fry) until golden brown.
Let the donuts cool and add your favorite toppings.
Ingredients for Grilled Cheese Roll-Ups:

Sliced cheese (your favorite kind)
Any type of sliced bread
Instructions for Grilled Cheese Roll-Ups:

Remove the crust from the bread and then roll the bread out until it is flat.
Put your sliced cheese on the bread.
Roll the cheese and bread together.
Pan fry the cheese roll-up until browned and crispy.
Eat and enjoy!
Ingredients for Fruit Roll-Up Ice Cream Sandwiches:

1 fruit roll-up
Your favorite type of ice cream (we used vanilla)
Instructions for Fruit Roll-Up Ice Cream Sandwiches:

Unroll the fruit roll-up and lay it flat.
Scoop the ice cream into the roll up.
Wrap the ice cream with the fruit roll up.
Eat and enjoy!
Tips:

For a more crunchy fruit roll-up, put it away in the freezer for a few minutes before making the sandwiches.
Feel free to get creative with your toppings! Some other ideas include chocolate chips, sprinkles, and crushed cookies.
These snacks are best enjoyed fresh, but they can also be stored in the fridge for a few days.
