In this video, Show Up Fitness owner Chris Hitchko takes you through three awesome glute exercises: Nordiac Hamstring Curl, Clams and single leg hip hinges.
Make sure to allow for maximal contraction by isometrically squeezing the glutes at the end of each movement. For the NHC, perform 4-6 reps - working up to 4-5 sets of 10 reps. This exercise is also amazing for rehabbing injured hammys.
