Adjusting Chevy 350 V8 DWELL ANGLE

Описание: This video covers basic adjustments for most automotive ignition systems, specifically, the ignition points' dwell angle.

We also used a new Innova Professional Timing Light (Model 5568 - link below), that includes a dwell meter and made this operation so much easier.

Setting the points gap is but a starting point for tuning the engine, and if you want your vehicle to run optimally, you must adjust the dwell angle to the manufacturer's specifications.

And although this video is an overall view of the process, it should give you a good basic understanding of what's involved and how we did it.
