The story begins with the death of the parents of Mukesh, a teenager who has just graduated from high school. Mukesh is put into the care of an unfriendly aunt. He struggles to get along with his aunt's family who refuses to provide him with any money. As he struggles to study in the first year of his BA, he also worries for his two sisters who have been sent to live in an orphanage for girls. Mukesh bonds with an undertaker named Johnny over their mutual love of chess. Johnny has a brother in Mauritius who has invited him to live there, but Johnny has no money to get to Mauritius. He tells Mukesh of his dream to leave the country one day.

One day Mukesh is introduced to a cougar named Sarika, a woman much older than him, at a kitty party in his aunt's place. He happens to go to Sarika's home to get apples, only to be seduced by Sarika. She pays him for his services as a gigolo and the two routinely have sex. Sarika introduces Mukesh to many older women who finally make him a male prostitute. On one occasion, Sarika's husband catches her and Mukesh trying to have sex. Her husband then slaps and rapes Sarika in front of Mukesh to show who wears the pants in the house. He complains to Mukesh's aunt that Mukesh had been seeking a loan from Sarika, and tried to kiss her. This makes Mukesh's aunt throw him out of the house.

कहानी की शुरुआत एक किशोर मुकेश के माता-पिता की मृत्यु से होती है, जिसने अभी-अभी हाई स्कूल पास किया है। मुकेश को एक अमित्र चाची की देखभाल में रखा गया है। वह अपनी चाची के परिवार के साथ आने के लिए संघर्ष करता है जो उसे कोई पैसा देने से मना कर देता है। जैसा कि वह अपने बीए के पहले वर्ष में पढ़ने के लिए संघर्ष करता है, उसे अपनी दो बहनों की भी चिंता होती है जिन्हें लड़कियों के लिए एक अनाथालय में रहने के लिए भेजा गया है। शतरंज के आपसी प्रेम को लेकर मुकेश जॉनी नाम के एक अंडरटेकर के साथ बंध गए। जॉनी का मॉरीशस में एक भाई है जिसने उसे वहाँ रहने के लिए आमंत्रित किया है, लेकिन जॉनी के पास मॉरीशस जाने के लिए पैसे नहीं हैं। वह मुकेश को एक दिन देश छोड़ने के अपने सपने के बारे में बताता है।

एक दिन मुकेश का परिचय उसकी मौसी के घर एक किटी पार्टी में सारिका नाम की एक कूगर से हुआ, जो उससे उम्र में काफी बड़ी थी। वह सेब लेने के लिए सारिका के घर जाता है, केवल सारिका द्वारा बहकाया जाता है। वह उसे जिगोलो के रूप में उसकी सेवाओं के लिए भुगतान करती है और दोनों नियमित रूप से सेक्स करते हैं। सारिका मुकेश को कई बड़ी उम्र की महिलाओं से मिलवाती है जो आखिरकार उसे एक पुरुष वेश्या बना देती हैं। एक मौके पर सारिका के पति ने उसे और मुकेश को सेक्स करने की कोशिश करते हुए पकड़ लिया। उसके पति ने घर में पैंट पहनने वाले को दिखाने के लिए मुकेश के सामने सारिका को थप्पड़ मारा और बलात्कार किया। वह मुकेश की चाची से शिकायत करता है कि मुकेश सारिका से कर्ज मांग रहा था और उसे चूमने की कोशिश कर रहा था। इससे मुकेश की चाची ने उसे घर से निकाल दिया।
