Join me at Street Car Takeover Charlotte at ZMax Dragway as I take my 1.5JZ IS300 on the 1/4 mile drag strip for the first time! From the wedding to the drag strip we finally dialed in the setup and figured no better way to put it to the test than some roll racing during test n tune at SCT CLT 2025! Being a full true street car around some of the fastest cars in the south east was definitely fun. For a full street car meant for road racing and mountain roads to run a 126MPH trap and 10.923s slip impressed me so I was very happy to benchmark the car. Watch along to see the runs and me navigate the challenges of drag racing my daily driver and see how it stacks up against the competition.
