In this episode, I explore the 1000+ year old Tabo Monastery, one of the oldest Buddhist monasteries in the Himalayas. After spending some time exploring its ancient architecture and peaceful surroundings, I start my ride towards the iconic Dhankar Monastery, one of the most breathtaking cliff monasteries in Spiti Valley.

The ride from Tabo to Dhankar offers insane views of Spiti’s rugged mountains, winding roads, and raw Himalayan landscapes. Dhankar Monastery is located dramatically on a cliff and once served as the capital of the Spiti Kingdom.
