This video is for calibrating Brother PR1000e/PR1050x/PR1055X 10 Needles Embroidery machines hoop sensor. (baby lock 10 needles embroidery will be the same.)

Steps:
1. You need to go to A/D Test Mode:
Hold the Start-Stop button and the Needle Threader button while turning on the power.

2. Click "Unlock" to enable change setting on the screen. Then use 11.8" x 7.9"(300 mm x 200 mm) Hoop for " LL save " and 2.4" x 1.6"(60 mm x 40 mm) Hoop for " S Save ".
Note: Do not use 14" x 7.9" (360 mm x 200 mm) hoop to calibrate " LL Save ". All PR series 10 needles machine doesn't come with an 11.8" x 7.9"(300 mm x 200 mm) hoop. Also, the frame better not on the frame holder arm when you do frame calibration.
3. Attaching the left side of the Frame holder arm to the position 2
4. Tightening the 2 thumb screws certainty
5. Press the LL Save
6. Attaching the left side of the Frame holder arm to the position 5
7. Tightening the 2 thumb screws certainty
8. Press the S Save
9. Press the Unlock button to lock the A/D value setting button to Blue color
10 After finish calibration click "close" the screen won't change you can turn off the power to finish calibration.
