In this video, I’m demonstrating how to leverage AI to simplify and automate the manual process of creating a Change Request in #ServiceNow when a development team needs to move code to the production environment.
Normally, the team lead has to manually summarize the release and all the associated stories into a Change Request to get approval for production. This manual work is time-consuming and prone to delays. By using AI, we can drastically reduce this effort by automating the entire summarization and Change Request creation process.
