ଇଷ୍ଟକୋଷ୍ଟ ରେଳବାଇ ଜିଏମ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଫୁଙ୍କୱାଲ, କେକେ ଲାଇନ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ କୋରାପୁଟ- ଜଗଦଲପୁର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ଦୋହରିକରଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଜୟପୁର-ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର ଓ ଜୟପୁର-ମାଲକାନାଗିରି ରେଳପଥର ଅଗ୍ରଗତିକୁ ନେଇ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଉଭୟ ରେଳପଥ ପାଇଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଦ୍ରୁତଗତିରେ ଚାଲିଛି ଓ ଜମିଅଧିଗ୍ରହଣ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ବି ଜାରି ରହିଛି। ଦିନବେଳା କୋରାପୁଟରୁ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ଵରକୁ ଏକ ଟ୍ରେନ କିମ୍ବା ବନ୍ଦେ ଭାରତ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ ଚାଲିବା ସମ୍ବଦ୍ଧରେ ବୋର୍ଡ ଏବଂ କମିଟି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେବ ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି।

East Coast Railway (ECoR) General Manager Parmeshwar Funkwal conducted an on-site inspection in Koraput today, reviewing the ongoing doubling work on the Koraput-Jagdalpur section (KK line). He held discussions with officials, performed window trailing checks on tracks, bridges, crossings, and points, and interacted with loco pilots, guards, and staff at Koraput station. He noted progress on various projects, including delays in Koraput-Rayagada doubling due to challenging hilly terrain and tunnels, while emphasizing rail safety. Work on Jeypore-Nabarangpur is advancing rapidly, with land acquisition ongoing for Jeypore-Malkangiri. On demands for a daytime train or Vande Bharat from Koraput to Bhubaneswar, he assured consideration by the Railway Board.
