Описание: Its easier to get the motion with a bigger or heavier hoop. lighter ones like poly pro (pink one in the video) are hard to gage the exact pressure needed since ISOs slow down your movement so the cat-eye might not look 100% here but this is how I learned it from someone else. I don't use it much in my dance hence why it's not as good as it could be
