A quick breakdown of this chop I came up with a few months ago. It's a Paradiddle that starts on the last 16th note of the bar before. This creates a left handed Inverted Paradiddle that I'm moving between the Snare, Hi Hats and Floor Tom. Here's the sticking pattern:
(R) L-R-R-L R-L-L-R L-R-R-L R-L-L-R
