6. Seated Front Leg Semi-Circle Lifts. - Both Sides
7. Seated Twist side to side
8. 90/90 Back Leg Kick Out - Both Sides
9. 90/90 Front Leg Kick Out - Both Sides
10. Figure 4 to Prone Low Back Stretch - Both Sides
