The first in a series of semi-legit lock removal hunts I planned on doing while revisiting Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire! Decided to get the AUTHENTIC Hoenn starter experience with this (my next 2 targets after this, cosplay Pikachu and Primal Groudon/Kyogre are actually cool lol)
