• You must agree to leave the boat in clean condition, just the way you would want your use to start

• You must replace the fuel you use

• You must complete the ships log and report any problems with the vessel so it can be rectified before the next owners use

• You must allow for $1500 per year for maintenance, storage and pen fees, comprehensive insurance, engine servicing, gelcoat polishing, general improvement, equipment upgrades and management.

• You can sell your share in the vessel at anytime.

• If you have a complaint about any issue or other share owner, you must direct this to the boat manager to rectify, this negates any personal problems between owners. We are here for a happy time!
