Update New Laws 2023 In Germany.

The content of this video is about the students that finished their studies and were given 18 months visa or 6 months visa to find a job but couldn´t find a job within the given time.

You can apply for a new visa based on § 104 c AufenthG. You will then be given a new 18 months residence to be able to get a job.

So if you find a job then, you can now apply for a residence permit based on § 25b AufenthG if you a least have A2 Certificate of the germany language and you fulfil other conditions written in the law as well.

The German laws can be confusing most times. It is therefore imperative that you have someone on your side who not only understands the law and the language but also understands English so as to better translate the laws for you.
